Quality.
Literally everything in here is quality, plus the people are friendly & helpful, too
The butcher shop is what keeps me coming back more than anything else. From soup bones for the dog to a giant tomahawk for the grill, they do an outstanding job. The preseasoned shish kebab skewers are the last minute lifesaver.
The fresh packed salads their deli makes are convenient and so much better than a bag salads from Salinas or worse. The goddess of the Mountain sourdough bread is absolutely wonderful as well.
I wish they carried Struas milk & Straus Ginger Chai Ice Cream too, but at least they have a fresh Clover dairy…
It’s not cheap, but it absolutely is worth it.

The corn beef and the BBQ ribs in the hot deli really can use some time to cook more. They weren’t tender in fact rubbery. Meat really should be fall off the bone soft / tender. Very disappointed.
