I often have fun here on their Friday Bingo Club nights. The staff at the table games are always nice and fun to interact with.
However, over the past several months I’ve noticed that they do not staff their bar or cocktail wait staff appropriately for a Friday night. I have stood at their bar waiting for a drink for as long as 20 minutes. They only ever have one bartender for Friday nights at their main bar. Often the cocktail wait staff have to go back there to fulfill drink orders, which leaves the tables and slots unattended. They have over 100 people in their Bingo hall which filter out around midnight. To not properly staff the main bar with this many people in the building seems like lost revenue. I personally had money in my pocket to burn at the tables and after waiting for a drink for 20 minutes decided to just leave. Earlier that evening I ordered a drink with a cocktail waitress and it took about that same time to get a drink.
I work hard during the week and I come here on Fridays. But it seems half of my time is spent standing in line for a drink. I don’t know if this is by design or poor management. Whatever it is, I hope they fix it soon. My patience is running thin.
Myself and my grandson stayed at this Casino on 7/23/2026. When we walked in the front Casino door we were greeted with the worst smell I’ve smelt in a long time. It wasn’t the smell of smoke it was a nasty smell. Against my better judgement and not having a backup plan other than sleeping in my truck we checked in. The young man behind the counter was more than professional. He was super helpful with our check in process. He even offered to place us in a newly remodeled room on the first floor. We were surprised to see how dirty the carpets in the newly remodeled hallway were. The room wasn’t any better. The carpet on the room was filthy. The room smelled like the nasty smell that greeted us at the front door. We made sure the only thing that touched the floor was our shoes. The sheets on the bed seemed to be the only thing clean. the bathroom was ok, I just made sure that I put a towel down on the counter and put my things on it. The towels were like using a burlap sack to dry off with. The entire place smelled so bad i left my suitcase closed and zipped trying to keep the smell out. So with that being said, good luck and the only good things were the employees checking us in and out and when we walked out the door to leave,
Stayed here for a weekend to visit family in Clear Lake. Had a king room, was reasonably priced. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The TV needed replacing, was small and the sound was horrible.
There is a coffee shop on the first floor. While the coffee was good be prepared to wait. The staff desperately needs training. Little to no eye contact, unable to do more than one task at a time. Stands at the espresso, coffee maker with their back to you until the coffee is finished brewing rather than making conversation or taking the next persons order. They have a pastry case unfortunately the danishes were moldy. Not sure how long they were sitting there but may be something they may want to add to the morning checklist before opening.
They have a restaurant and a more limited get food in the run option. The food was decent, but expected better quality.
The staff was courteous, friendly and attentive.
We are not big gamblers so no comments on the casino area other than it was very clean.
Great safe parking lot even if you need to stop for a quick overnighter. Pretty good low priced gas nearby. Right off the I5 freeway. Safe parking great for Rvlife vanlife and carlife community. Great casino with some good food. Really good welcoming vibe.
The staff are all really friendly & helpful. I havent played bingo here….yet but it looks fun. The rooms are clean & well maintained. This casino is quaint but has a stage & live music & entertainment on weekends in their bingo area.
