Came looking for a room without a reservation and was given a rate over double any online prices. The attendant closed the window without bothering to see any price or continue the conversation. The parking lot also is in bad shape, i never have clearance issues with my car but managed to scrape the bottom of my car even when driving slowly

It was basic but the room was incredibly hot and stuffy even with AC running.
The pool was not even usable because it was padlocked shut.
I only stayed bc we were exhausted but wouldn’t stay again

Horrible place to have a stay, saw a rat scurry across my room and the pool was filled with way too much chlorine till the point I needed to go buy eyedrops. Also the owner was very rude and gave horrible service. Would not recommend

We had a very pleasant time. The manager was very hospitable; I dropped a credit card on the premises and he found it and ensured it got returned to me safely and promptly. I’d give him five stars just for that alone but frankly, everything was wonderful and we had a restful time. We’ll stay here again, that’s for sure.

Reserved a room at Travelodge with my wife’s credit card on file. When I arrived, they refused to use it because she wasn’t present. I understand policies exist, but the front desk staff offered no help or alternatives, just attitude.

I ended up having to use my debit card, which they charged for the stay and also placed a $100 hold for incidentals. After checkout the room charge posted, but the $100 is still tied up as a pending transaction.

When I called the hotel to ask about it, the staff member who answered was extremely rude and condescending. Instead of explaining the situation or trying to help, they acted like I was bothering them for asking a simple question about my own money.

Management might want to take a look at how their front desk staff treat customers, because the attitude alone would make me think twice about staying here again.

If you stay here, be careful using a debit card, because your money may be tied up for days after checkout.
