My wife and I were hesitant about starting a full roof replacement after reading so many contractor horror stories online. However, Lucerne Roofing & Supply proved to be the exact opposite.
From the start, David (Estimator) was honest and practical, helping us save money by identifying what could be safely reused. Nicki in the office kept communication seamless and transparent regarding permits and potential hidden costs.
When it came to installation, David, Alberto, and their crew worked like a well-oiled machine. They were prompt, communicated clearly about on-the-fly repairs, and kept the job site impeccably clean every day. The end result is a beautiful, high-quality roof. Major investment, but worth every penny.

Lucerne Roofing replaced the roof, gutters, and some fascia boards on my home back in May. They did a wonderful job, were quick, and cleaned up so well you wouldn’t know they were there. David and Nicki were great to work with and answered all of my questions.

Absolutely Great Service and at a Reasonable Price. I had wind damage to the roof on my home. I asked around and was referred to Lucerne Roofing. I contacted them at their location on Soda Bay Road in Lakeport. They gave me an estimate that was lower than I expected. They said they could come and do the job in a day or two. I said, “Great”!! They were there 90 minutes later. Completed the repairs in less than 2 hours. Clean up the mess and drive off… absolutely Great Servjce and quality work!! Yes, I would use them again.

I was very pleased with the quick response and the quality of the work. They arrived on time, explained how they were going to access the roof and got right to work. They replaced my rear roof deck and cleaned up everything before leaving. I highly recommend Lucerne Roofing.
