Excellent work. Mark repaired a ceiling where I pulled off tile above a shower stall, repaired wallboard removed to look for water damage, repaired holes from where I moved light fixtures, filled in and flattened a wall for a new backsplash, and retextured. I wish the rest of my house looked as good.
