5 diamond service! These guys went above & beyond what anyone else has ever done & way above what I expected! They showed up on Friday night of Labor Day Weekend & refused to leave until the job was done right! I couldn’t be more happy! I am going to have them help me with any problems I ever may have again in the future! Don’t take my $600-800 price as normal! They did so much work I honestly wish I had more cash to tip them with! OUTSTANDING!!!

Excellent work! The job was completed to a very high standard and in the shortest possible time.
Other companies either didn’t answer the phone, said they were no longer taking new jobs, or told me they were fully booked for the next week. This company answered my call right away, gathered all the necessary information, called me back within 10 minutes, and arrived about 40 minutes later.
The clogged drain was a difficult problem that I had been unable to fix myself for an entire week. They resolved it in just one hour.
Outstanding service. 10 out of 10!

Pedro was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything before starting the work. He diagnosed the problem quickly, completed the repair efficiently, and left the area clean when he was finished.
What I appreciated most was his honesty and attention to detail. He didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The pricing was fair, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent.
If you’re looking for a knowledgeable plumber who is reliable, trustworthy, and truly cares about customer service, I highly recommend asking for Pedro at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.
