I have been getting my oil changed here for a couple years. The man who works there is very professional, and super fast. I have never had a negative experience and enjoy that I can leave and run to store 24 for a slurpee

I got there at 4:25 yesterday as I work until 4 everyday in Lower Lake. The mechanic was working on a car and was extremely rude about how it was 4:30 and he’s closing. If he had nicely informed me that they closed at 4:30, that’d be one thing, however, I don’t appreciate being yelled at for not knowing what time they closed. I felt I was very nice for the entire interaction. I work in customer service daily and know not to yell at a potential customer for a simple misunderstanding. I will now never take my business there as I will not be yelled at for asking if he was still open. I understand the annoyance of a customer showing up right before close, but you don’t raise your voice at them.

I have been there Several times with great service until yesterday, Jan. 6th, in the afternoon. I pulled into their lane to be next for oil change, there was a car in the bay and there was the yellow chain across. I was probably 3 car length back and was waiting for him to wave me forward after the previous car pulled out. He never did, he would look at me and continue cleaning up. Finally he came over and asked me what I was doing, my dog was barking loudly ( my Vicious pug) I said I was waiting for an oil change, he said I don’t look out here so I didn’t see you. I know I’ve gone on and on but it just got worse, he was mean and a jerk, I turned around and left as he was still yelling

Great service and super quick! Definitely take your vehicle here. The technician took the time to check everything including my tire pressure (and filled one that was a little low). He answered all the questions I had and was a pleasure to work with.

Nice, new facility. Gary is quick and efficient. They do a courtesy check of fluids and air filter, then top as needed. Price about the same as others for full synthetic. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Support a great local business!
