Have had a lot of windows fixed in my day. A lot. First time a window place has given me my car back without cleaning up the tape residue on my car from covering the window. Absolute crap service. They have zero pride and zero integrity. $80,000 with full insurance coverage and it’s my responsibility to finish the work on this insurance claim? They took all day to do a window that takes a competent person 3 hours. I had the same exact window fixed last year and got my truck back looking like new… not with Clear Lake. Truck looks like shit and it’s my responsibility to finish it. They said they couldn’t clean it because it would mess up the new window… that’s why you clean up your work area before you do the project. This is common sense in literally every trade. DO NOT COME HERE

I was on a week long trip and my backdoor window shattered. They were able to schedule me in on my way back. Great job and great people.

Outstanding service, the day after a major holiday when no one was open, late in the afternoon our windshield was cracked beyond repair and our rear view mirror was dangling. Darren, the owner drove down on his time off and reattached the mirror ordered a new windshield and installed it within a couple days. Talk about small town customer service, we’re back on the road and it’s like it never happened. I highly recommend this business, glad to know honest people still exist, care about quality work, and local community word of mouth.
