absolute joke of a team you have here, reinstating polices without permission after cancellation is insane.

Very disappointed that they are no longer in Ukiah. I used to go there instead of Ukiah DMV which takes all day if you have the time. I don’t. Dropping AAA because they are just not viable anymore in Mendo County. Besides, my car insurance has a policy for $40 a year instead of their $130 a year. Bye bye .

My experience at Lakeport AAA consisted of a short wait (10-15 min. avg.) That wasn’t bad. The staff was very nice and ready and willing 2 answer any and all questions, and I had a few, if that person didn’t have an answer, they found someone that did. The whole experience was stress free, and I got all my inquiries answered. Everyone on the staff that I dealt with was great, they really made me feel that they cared, and all in all a good experience.
