Shelter is all working together to keep an 80 year old woman away from someone who loves her I don’t want her to die alone she has expressed this to me. I almost went to the hospital today from a broken heart Julie is also the only family I have left I adopted her years ago and have helped her since I met her. I miss her so much I haven not been able to see her to hug her in over 90 days because the staff wont let me now tell me that something bad not happening, I would not believe it! Only bad people would do this to a human being who knows nothing they are not telling Julie I want to see her and they even tell me Julie don’t want to see you really disturbing its a lie! It really is too bad that the cops and city no one cares what they have done to Julie or me. A thorough investigation into elderly abuse is warranted at this facility. My 80-year-old neighbor is being treated in a manner akin to a prison inmate, while I am being treated as a criminal. Every staff member appears to be complicit in this behavior, which has persisted for nine months. Despite my neighbor having been in a homeless shelter for an extended period, I have only been permitted to visit her physically on two occasions. On all other attempts, I have been met with threats and verbal aggression. During my efforts to visit, I discovered that my neighbor had been hospitalized in Santa Rosa, 200 miles away, for nearly two months without any personal stuff like her MONEY !. The shelter staff Xamitin Havenhad failed to inform me of her whereabouts, despite having my contact information. Furthermore, the social worker at the shelter had taken possession of my neighbor’s belongings, which raises serious concerns about potential theft she has quit a bit of money more then anyone at that shelter. The shelter’s behavior is highly suspicious, and their actions suggest a deliberate attempt to isolate my neighbor and conceal their own misconduct. I have reported my concerns to the authorities and am deeply troubled by the lack of transparency and accountability displayed by the shelter. As someone who cares deeply for my neighbor, I am appalled by the shelter’s behavior and demand that immediate action be taken to address these serious allegations of elderly abuse. I am committed to continuing my efforts to visit my neighbor and ensure her safety and well-being. The staff also not qualified I got some aggressive youth worker who’s barely over 19 yelling at a 40 year old woman u cant see her WOW qualified? The homeless drink on the property and have attacked by telling drunks to attack me literally they even call the cops on me for showing up no educated person is running this place aka why they are breaking the law the law of privacy is for domestic violence people of a threat checking on someone does not give you the right to abuse those policies ! Checking on my elderly neighbor who I’ve known for 6 years of my life they are strangers to her seems the goal they have is to take every last dollar until she dead because normal people don’t hide an 80 year old they don’t separate her from people she knows and loves im literally there to ask her how she’s doing and can I help u and I love u the managers who oversea this facility needs to fire everyone start over because everyone people I’ve never even seen tell me no are u a prison or a shelter U cant tell I actually got sick tonight dry heaving! It really scary!
