New park, awesome location right by the lake. Skate park and gym for the kids, basketball court. Nice grass

Beautiful grounds but safety may potentially become an issue. I used a restroom there today. When pushing the door to exit almost hit a homeless person who was loitering right by the door (it is a small, two-section, unisex restroom, off Xabatin park). I looked at the second section and the door was slightly ajar, so clearly it was vacant. So, what was this person doing by the section in use by a woman? Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe… 🙁

Worked in area stopped and admired this park absolutely beautiful and clean this community is so lucky to have it my Lil girl will get to enjoy it some day soon

It was a beautiful park next to the lake and the skate park was very nice but there were to many scooter kids and that was crazy and dangerous for the kids and people who skate but over all a great place
