My recent U-Haul experience on 03/08/2025 was excellent! The services I received from Mt Konocti Truck & Auto Rpr located in Kelseyville, CA was better & more affordable than I had thought. The staff members were kind, respectful & very helpful. Before paying for any rental services they explained in detail the whole process of renting their equipment which helped me choose wisely what to rent from them for my exact needs. Also, a bonus was that what I was charged for at the end was much less than what the estimated cost was in the beginning. Overall I rate the services of this location 100/100. You’ll be happy doing business with them, as I was.

Representative leads you to believe you can pick up a rental outside business hours with self check in. The trucks are not labeled and the phone check in does not work. Wasted an afternoon, when they could have simply said we can’t accommodate you, go to Ukiah. But they didn’t do any of it. They wasted your time.
