Ate here and the food was excellent! Amazing staff and great customer service. The owner is personable and a great guy! His mother Rosa! Is great! Had me cracking up and no one wants to mess with her! The whole family and food was so great that we went back the next day for dinner again! If you are in the lake area you need to stop by. This is now my go to place for authentic Mexican seasoned and flavorful wonderful Mexican cuisine!!! Nice pool hall included! Live bands! Large restaurant with great parking!!!!!

I have eaten here probably 10 times in the past couple years. The food is always good. I always get takeout so I can’t speak to the environment or the table service. The reason I have it rated so low is that the food always messes up my stomach every time I go. I wake up in the middle of the night with pain and bathroom issues. It took me a few times of eating it to find out exact what was causing it. I think I have narrowed it down to something they put in the carne asada. The times I’ve had other meat it doesn’t happen. They have a lot of different options and they are all good. Just don’t get the asada.
