The nurses in the ICU unit and the comfort care section, are so friendly and compassionate. My mother Bonnie received the best care by all of the medical staff. They are very professional and truly care about their patients health and safety. They addressed the needs of the patient, as well as the needs of the family members, to make the passing of my mother as peaceful as possible. They were so kind and helpful to all of my family members, and I am so thankful and praise the service they provided .The community is greatly blessed to have the Sutter Lakeside Hospital open to serve the medical needs of all of our community members. Bless them!

Laura on February 10th at noon-ish was in the emergency room when my daughter had just had an oral surgery. We went directly to the E.R. because she was having horrible affects from anesthesia. She was hysterical and not situated for a 5 hour drive home. It was mortifying. Laura and a couple other staff members took my daughter in and helped calm and prepare her with ice packs and properly gauzed her wounds. Laura, bless you! We made it home safely, and calmly. I cannot say how much gratitude I have!!! Laura was especially helpful, understanding, professional, prompt, thorough, and welcoming. Sometimes it takes one person caring, and we needed that!

Going to the hospital is never a “fun” experience, but the people here make the place feel as much like family as one could image. These people are warm and compassionate to patients and to visitors. They do not have the facilities to handle some more complex issue, but it is wonderful to have someone close by when the need ariseses. If they can’t deal with the issue, they can quickly get you to a place that can.
