What a fantastic experience. Salesperson was wonderful, and the shoes are such high-quality. It’s unusual to find a shoe store that offers these kind of you make high-quality shoes these days. Horrible, went in to get a pair of birks i’m a 9.5 m i tried the 10 in the color way i wanted. A little big, so i wanted to try on a size 9 in a different color way. I asked the lady to grab a 9 she goes onto say “what color” I say it really doesn’t matter i’m only interested in black. So she begins to argue with me that i’m obviously a size 9 and she would be wasting her time. A solid 15 seconds of her just turning me down. I am a 9.5 idk weather I want them a bit big or a bit tight. Lost a customer, I would’ve had her order em for me if she would’ve just complied. Extremely Rude and entitled lady. Love, Black boston’s.
