I use to love this casino until they kicked me out becJse I cashed a ticket for someone that wasnt supposed to be in casino. And they assume that I knew that. That is securities job not mine as a customer but they want to assume I knew. Very unprofessional expecting customers to do there job for them

Huge extra large pizza was outstanding. And they got an excellent chef over there. The food is great.

Ate dinner here, food was good. Great menu and good prime rib. We batteled flies the entire meal. We were told the door to the patio had been left open for brunch which let the flies in. Had to move away from the window which helped but still had flies buzzing our food. The manager was very apologetic.
We have been here previously and had a really good experience.

Rolled in at about 9:30pm, figured we would go gamble then get breakfast in the morning before we take off again. That was before we got charged $20 for the night for a bare/unlevel parking lot with lots of noise all night long. They lost hundreds in business for being greedy when every other casino we have stayed at has free overnight parking. Definitely would not recommend anyone with a RV to stop by

I have been so impressed since Jason the host has been with Running Creek. From the people I’ve talked to we agree he makes us all feel very special. He reaches out to each one of us personally informs us of events. We may be interested in at the casino. It feels like the morale of the other employees there is better since he has been with them. I was able to to attend the VIP dinner this weekend and it was absolutely wonderful.
