It’s a great place to hangout with friends and family. It’s easy access for boats. Many parking spots. There’s a youth center close to the Baseball Fields! Basketball court also available. Dog friendly!
Strider Bridges
I came here expecting a quiet little neighborhood spot, maybe a bench or two. It’s way bigger than I thought, with a nice walking path and actual shade trees.
The grass was in decent shape for a public park, and the playground seemed fine for little kids. The lake view is kind of blocked by trees, which was a bummer.
It has parking and clean bathrooms which is pretty rare for a free park. I wouldve liked a few more trash cans around. Not bad for a quick wander or to let the dog stretch.

It’s a nice little park. There are some picnic tables. Area for some family fun. But really enjoyed the time on the floating dock and the pier for fishing. There is plenty of parking for all.
But for my family and I we had a good time out there trying to catch some bass and catfish out on the pier.
We did have more bits at sunset then in the afternoon. No matter what had good family fun.
