The most horrible apartments to live at we were there for 2 years, we dealt with shootings and stabbings within a month of living there, unruly children throughout the whole complex no respect for others, managers or tenant’s dont do a thing about them. They raised our rent $222 within a year. First manager walked in unannounced when we were taking a nap, water leak within a few weeks living there never fixed, didn’t have ac or a heater since October 2025 that was never fixed. Not to mention they have a major cockroach infestation so many cockroaches I lost count, theyvd had 3 managers now in a 2 year span.
you hear everyone’s business paper thin walls, inconsiderate neighbor’s above you If you have a ground floor apartment, you hear domestic violence situations, along with a tenant’s child harassing anyone going by but i do Not recommend this as a place to live my husband is disabled and it put a toll on his mental health banging, booming from neighbor’s above us save your money and get a different place to live don’t put yourself through this.
Plus they will raise rent over and over we went from $955 to $1,177 you can get a bedroom house for that price we moved December 31st 2025 due to all these things ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE APARTMENTS TO LIVE we are still waiting for our security deposit from moving

I am a senior with disabilities and live across the street from these apts. Tenants, party, argue, fight late nights til a.m. They dump garbage here, walk dogs on our grass wo pu poop. That behavior is dangerous.Shootings, foul language,Our nighborhhod looks ghetto now. WO moral/ethical intelligence.
Management has no control over their tenants. I am planning on getting help from Senior Law Project for abuse. I am planning on relocating.
