For simplicity’s sake this is a review of interactions with the property management company, not the property itself.

I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with anyone I’ve dealt with; namely 3 different but no less important instances.

1) Moving across the country from the east coast they managed to secure a last-minute rental property during a time of great uncertainty and stress (and while I lacked previous rental history in English having lived in Japan before this)

2) Resolved an issue with a rowdy/noisy adjacent tenant throwing parties at 3am. I foolishly panicked and attempted to move elsewhere before consulting them, but the moment that fell through and I asked for assistance they had the problem resolved in short order

3) They worked with me to put off necessary repairs when I a had to head back East on short notice for a loved one’s funeral. The compassion and insistence on working with me was appreciated

Overly long-rambling review made short: they’re a helpful, local, affordable-incone bracket rental agency. Having someone here, not a faceless corporate real-estate invest portfolio masquerading as property managers, has made an appreciable difference.

Michael is the only person from this agency that I’ve dealt with that doesn’t seem to have an attitude problem. However, Patti on the other hand is unprofessional and disrespectful. The way she treats people like they are all below her is discussing and leads me to believe that she should find a new job. She’s obviously not a people person and if I had interacted with Patti first instead of Michael I would have walked away and never would have rented through them do to how she acts.
