Earlier this year, I came to the store in a good mood and left irritated due to poor service. There was a greeter by the door, to whom I smiled, and she snarled her face at me a little bit and turned away. When ringing up my items, the man behind the counter also looked away and started talking with his coworker in a manner that let it be known he did not want to serve me—very obvious that he was treating me as an inferior.

Most of the time I have had decent experiences here but this trip rubbed me such the wrong way that I have not returned—nor will I.

Paying employees who do their best to lose customers is a waste of money.

I shopped here for the first time a couple weeks ago. I was impressed the selection of products. I am happy with my purchase of a Stihl weedeater. They make sure the warranty gets registered and show you how to use it. I will definitely be shopping at this store more often now. They have a good military discount too.
