Lance is absolutely fantastic, providing personalized service, and making you feel like your questions are not stupid or boring him – he wants you to get the right tires at the right price for what you need. Prices are equal to the competitors, so the differentiator is service – and in this he wins hands down. Won’t be going anywhere else for my tires!
