Good price and new management that care for the residents at the park. Cleaning up park and make it more family friendly.

Beautiful well worth the drive you’re gonna need a 4 x 4 truck to get up there but well worth it. You can spend all day if not a whole weekend in those hills camping is not necessarily legal but nobody’s going to stop you from doing so everybody’s very nice around here. Highly recommend taking the family up for a hike.

I 100% agree with Manuel. Been here 3 years and have had problem after problem. Look elsewhere if you’re considering residing here, even if for a short time.
ALSO- some of the 5 stars on here are from their own regional managers!!! That’s just crazy.

No Manager that is suppose to be in the office. Signs are posted that someone to be there just a few hours a day and that cannot be accomplished. Office doors are locked, windows wide open, no one to take calls and they do not return calls.

This is not a resort, it is a mobile home park. Not expensive, but, for the best part, well kept. Most of the people I have met are very nice. The mobile home I bought needs A LOT OF WORK. I am sure that in time it will be very nice.
