I visited LOU .KOKO for the first time today, and I was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of the business. The place is spotless, exceptionally large and accommodating, and all the people working there are not only nice but extremely knowledgeable. The best part is, I absolutely love my hair. I highly recommend it.

I had an amazing experience at Lou Koko! The sugaring process was so gentle on my skin and much less painful than I expected. Anita was incredibly professional, made me feel completely comfortable, and explained every step of the process. The salon was spotless, and the results were fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality waxing service. I’ll definitely be coming back Anita is truly the best!

The only salon I would go to in Lake County! Classy and clean. Stormy was detailed and talked me through the whole process of giving me a trim, and curtain bags, since she knew I was not wanting much taken off. Great customer service too! I look forward to booking more services they have to offer.
