Really disappointed in this place & who they have answering the phones. Linda is very rude anytime I have to converse with her. Little to no proper phone etiquette. Do better or employ people who know how to talk on the phone. What’s the saying?.. “You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.”

For decades, the water department has watched out for my best interest,
Helping when I needed assistance or information.

The department has always shown me respect.

I just want to say thank you.
