I’ve been coming here many times. There are cleaner surroundings, fresh delicious popcorn, friendly workers, and plenty of movies. Theaters can get very cold, especially on warm days. Make sure you wear a sweater, pants, socks, and sneakers. Bring a blanket if you want.
Cheaper than Ukiah which is nice. If you go to any evening showing that’s 6 PM or later though don’t bother getting the popcorn with the refill. They clean out their machines and stop making popcorn extremely early in the evening, usually only 15-30 minutes after the final film of the night starts, which is surprisingly early to me as someone who used to work at the movie theater in Willits. At most theaters it’s standard to wait until shortly before that last film is about to finish, but instead they just give anybody who wants popcorn stale popcorn that they’ve stored away in a box, which is also from the final batch of the night which means that hard unpopped kernels and build up from previous batches all gets sweeped into it as well. They also charge full price for this stale popcorn if you aren’t getting a refill. Very lazy for the staff to do this and it makes it hard to get good popcorn if you’re sharing with a large group and need to get a refill or if you show up to later showing of a film.
Was thankful the local theatre was able to get Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale. It was a treat being able to go, have comfortable seating, awesome popcorn and see a great film. The staff are great too. Thanks again!

Clean, comfortable seating, friendly staff. They also have a drive-in for Summertime weather. Best cinema in Lake and Mendocino County.
