We recently bought an Equinox and Preston and the finance man was very friendly and helpful No pushing and no bait and switch. The finance guy did NOT try to sneak in extra charges or overcharge on any items. I got a fair price for my trade-in (I looked at Kelly’s blue book before I went it) Preston knew about the vehicle and it’s features and insisted I take it for a drive. They bent over backwards to get me what I wanted. A day or two after I brought the car home, he called and asked how I liked it and was there anything I needed to know, any questions. He came in on his day off so we could get the car asap, and didn’t rush anything at all. I went by today to drop off something that belonged to the trade in I had by accident and Preston came right out and chatted a bit and asked if I needed any help, had any questions. Everyone was friendly, unlike a lot of dealerships, and I’ve been and bought from many where once you buy something, you’re nonexistent. They are a good team, I hope they keep it that way.

I’m mostly giving them a five star for their maintenance department had a problem with my windshield sprayer nozzles not working right and they got me in same day, even stayed during lunch to fix it. A+ in my book, their sales team I wasnt as impressed with, honestly I was offended by their offer of $18k on my 2021 vehicle w 17k on the odometer. Heck I still owe $20k so that’s not even enough to pay it off. Anyway, they’ve got a great maintenance department and secretaries that answer the phone.

Hey there Everyone, I just bought my 1st car on my own with my sister. Bought a Chevy Equionx ! The staff there are excellent, professional, and friendly. Especially Preston who helped us every step of the way. He even came to my sister’s home to sign the final papers. My sister is disabled and can’t do to much when it involves long periods at a time. Wow now that’s a special person. And he went out of his way on his own time. Can’t thank you enough Preston !! He is now a Friend of ours not just a car salesman…. He’s a real person who cares.
