Mito is amazing when it comes to getting you or your animals bodies back into alignment. I have been seeing her for almost a decade and she has helped myself and my horses through multiple major injuries. I chronically dislocate one of my knees due to an old riding injury and by implementing her Bowen technique I have maintained my abilty to walk without interference every time. I literally do not know what I would do if Mito was not practicing in our county and I recommend her highly for any kind of muscle issue you may be experiencing!
