My favorite place to buy tackle from! The owner is the most respectful person I’ve met. Being a female he doesn’t treat me any different from the men who shop there. When asking for recommendations he’s very helpful. His pricing is very reasonable too. I will drive from ukiah over here any time to buy from him.

Unless you are a bass pro, don’t bother going to this shop, because the owner is disrespectful and talks down to people.
My son and I had come from Colorado to fish Clear Lake for a few days…and had a few bucks in our pocket to spend at a local Clear Lake bait shop. When I asked the owner for a few recommendations, he said “you see all those blank spots on the walls, those are what to use”, and the proceeded to asked us several dumb questions in a lame attempts to insult us. Dumb/pointless questions like “do you even know what a wacky rig is”
..so my son and I went to the other tackle shop in town and spent $500.
Not sure why that guy would own a tackle shop if all he wants to do is be a jerk and not sell anything.
