Michelle responded within minutes to my request on Zillow to learn about a house, with a text asking if I wanted to talk. With her years of experience in real estate and the unusual extra skill of experience in construction, she was exceptionally knowledgeable about housing. She was always responsive to my calls and would follow up on questions in a timely manner. The purchase of our home went very smoothly. She also shared helpful information about the area.
