I’ve had an issue with my phone charging for 6 months. I was in this store for less than 5 minutes and he fixed my phone like it was brand new.

Needed mouse. He pointed to back of store. No pricing on any items? Asked how much for wireless and cable style. He really seemed botherd.VERY short with me.Ask where pricing was on all items? Nothing had price ? On back side.I looked on back side, nothing. He reluctantly had to come from behind counter like I was idiot. He had to search for price.Guy was quick, dry, and I am bothering him.Worst customer service ever.

Such a pleasant and amazing experience. Claudia took the time to talk me through my phone’s issue. She was patient and super informative. I would recommend them all day long. Superior service and knowledge.
