I took my truck in for scheduled maintenance in Healdsburg, CA, and tech forgot to put fuse cover back on and also forgot to relearn the sensors after rotating tires. Dealership in Lakeport, CA, left tools on my engine block. Dealership in North Bend, OR, didn’t drain the oil for oil change, so blue smoke was pouring out the exhaust due to excess oil. Chevy Service is unreliable. I can’t make this stuff up. Never again!

I took my 1962 Impala to Healdsburg Chevrolet to support a special event that they had for high school students and I was so happy that I went! The service department made sure I felt safe leaving my vehicle in their care, they kept me updated and informed on what was happening and kept me in the loop on when I could expect my car back. They offered me beverages, and even fed me lunch! They were friendly, courteous and kind. I was happy to partake in the students learning day there and I was even more happy with the customer service! I will be taking our Tahoe there from now on instead of the other Chevy dealership!
