We found ourselves in a desperate situation after being non-renewed by CSAA. We were in the middle of putting our property on the market when this happened. We called several local insurance agents and brokers and no one would even consider helping us when they found out the property was outside of town near Scotts Creek. A broker referred to us by AAA couldn’t even get our application submitted through the CA Fair Plan, lacked communication, and offered no options. My grandfather was a well-known insurance agent in Lake County for 50 years and my mother remembered that he spoke of Gayaldo Insurance. Loraine answered the phone and it was like talking to an old friend. She remembered by grandfather. It was such a relief to speak to a kind, helpful person during a very emotional time of having to put our family property up for sale. Loraine worked her magic and had us covered for fire and liability within a week. There are no enough thank yous. THANK YOU.

Great friendly place for auto insurance.
