I went to Fowler February of last year looking for a new car I bought what I thought was a great car. It was a jeep compass and I was super excited till I picked it up. The car looked nothing like what they had displayed on the website. I have also had nothing but problems with the car since I got it. I’ve taken it to a reputable place and they pretty much told me my car isn’t worth anything because of the issues. My car needed a new battery I got it checked and the percentage was only at 64. They didn’t change my oil when I got the car and had the lights flashing on the dashboard. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone for cars. A year later and I’m out a boatload of money and the car is still trash. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM FOWLER!

I have never in my life been into a service department of a dealership that runs like a fine oiled machine. I love the set up with the bright spacious stations for each staff member. From the moment you walk in they take care of you with extreme care and compassion with you’re vehicle. Customer service has gone out the door in so many places of buisness. But they set the bar high for Superior customer service. They handled everything with my warranty for a new transmission and beyond repairs. Ally is a super star. She made sure to constantly keep me updated via email keeping a constant line of communication open. Not once did I feel defeated or like I was a burden for my questions or concerns. They made sure I had a rental car for the entire time my truck was in their care, not leaving me stranded to figure it out. I highly recommend all vehicle purchase and maintenance and repairs to everyone, be done at Ken Fowler in ukiah.
