The knowledge of the chocolate the staff has is incredible. They helped me to decide. Believe me, it wasn’t easy. They have samples to try of different chocolate, fresh baked goods, a variety of hot cocoa (I had the campfire and it was amazing).
– Great till service
– Very poor effort at a spicy mocha. Couldn’t finish it.
– My friend also said their chocolate chai was terrible.
– Very high price for low quality.
– We had the slice that looks like dense chocolate cake/torte with an almond on top. It is not rich tasty, or chocolate, just sugar sweet. Work needed here.
– Their 2oz chocolate bars for $12USD are fun and tasty but holy smokes $6/ounce is insane.
My first visit was definitely a memorable one. Im not usually a sweets person so was hesitant on stopping in but so happy that I did. While perusing the chocolates, a young lady, Natalie, asked if I had any questions to let her know. That sparked a wonderful 20 mins of us sharing stories about chocolates. She was a wealth of knowledge about the company, their start, what they strive to do as a small independent chocolatier, and much more. They make all the chocolates there on site which makes it even more fun to see. There is also a coffee shop with wonderful treats made from set chocolates. Definitely worth a stop if you are ever in the area. Thanks again for the little bits of knowledge.
An amazing bean-to-bar chocolate concept! This place perfectly mixes a café, a shop, and a chocolate factory. They have a great selection of chocolate bars and treats, both house-made and from other premium brands. It’s mostly milk and dark chocolate (up to 73%), but I also saw a 100% bar from another brand. Keto/low-carb friends, don’t miss the 100% drinking chocolate (just cocoa and water). The decor is beautiful, the service is friendly, and the pastries look truly refined (take it from a French native!). I wish Dick Taylor all the success they deserve for this ambitious project bringing high-quality chocolate to the US.

Nice store and lots of space to sit down for a cup of coffee.
We tasted some flavors and bought the dark chocolate because the lady told us they are made from single origin (the bean is pure, I guess).
Price is quite high but worth a try.
