My experience of this place was not good. They completely ignored the information, about the problem with my vehicle, that I provided, (which was vehicle was overheating due to a problem with the thermostat and it’s housing, most likely having a crack in it) and they didn’t fix the problem. (Instead replaced a “heater hose tee, clamp and antifreeze fluid”). RicDavis was almost rude as he returned my keys to me. And, just as the fine print at the bottom of the ivoice they gave me says, “Because of the extent of the teardown and the inspection, the vehicle may not perform as well as before.” Sure enough my vehicle is not performing as good as it was before I let them work on it. Buyer beware.

Excellent service very nice staff and affordable. I would recommend them without question. I have been using them with my commercial vehicle for a couple years now and I can’t recommend them enough. I have delt wirh other mechanics that always take at least a day or two for simple repairs, like tires and oil. These guys are always on time and most of the time they call me within an hour to let me know they are done. That’s important to me because I can’t have the truck down for an extended amount of time. They are very efficient and can’t recommend them enough . Great gob Davis tire !

I called to get an alignment because my mechanic recommended them.
WORST IDEA EVER!
Not only was the counter guy very short with us when we came in, he just said keys with his hand out, they didn’t call to tell us they found issues that stopped them from doing the work we went in for, they also parked our vehicle under the Osprey nest in their lot.
We get there to pick up the vehicle to have it covered in bird poop, and ALSO he gives us no estimate for the work our vehicle would need.
Terrible customer service.
Will not be going back.
