I purchased a Cartisan 510 Thread battery from them, and after a month it stopped working randomly, I think the battery bricked. I went in the next day and they exchanged my product for a new one, which was very helpful! Clean and aesthetic shop as well. Thank you cloud x!

I recently visited Cloud X, and I was thoroughly impressed! The store has an amazing selection of high-quality products, with everything to suit your smoking needs. I was pleasantly greeted by Sascha, who was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help me find exactly what I needed. The shop was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxed vibe, making it a comfortable place to browse. Their prices are competitive, and they often have great deals. I highly recommend Cloud X to anyone looking for top-notch products and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be returning!
