Store owner told me they do not ship ups. I went back with a client and she lied. They do ship ups aslong as you have your own return label . Products sold here are over priced. Associate seems rude. Not frirndly or talkative. I do not go here unless for a client. I will drive to lakeport and deal with an actual UPS STORE THEN TO DEAL WITH UNFRIENDLY A$$ CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst place EVER!! I used to simply just tolerate the older woman who owns the place but now there’s a daughter or something that is now working and she is even worse. So now the older lady sits in the back and watches soap operas while coughing continuously. I will NEVER, EVER be doing business with this place again.

Good UPS drop off point for the larger packages, if you don’t arrange for package pickup. Surprised to see their selection of office packing and janitorial supplies as well as “miscellaneous” (i.e. 5 and dime) little goodies.
