I recently visited Cabos Méxican Restaurant for the first time with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. I placed an order for myself and A family member, specifically requesting three chicken tacos for myself and an Asada burrito without beans for him, due to severe allergies. I clearly communicated my order to Teresa, the owner, at around 11:05 PM, emphasizing multiple times that the burrito must not contain beans. Despite my repeated reminders, Teresa simply nodded in acknowledgment. Upon returning home, I discovered The chicken in my tacos was undercooked. The burrito contained beans, posing a significant health risk to The family member. Fortunately, he had his allergy medication on hand, but this incident could have ended badly. I attempted to call the restaurant for assistance. After being put on hold for ten minutes, I decided to drive back to the establishment. Just three minutes from the restaurant, the call disconnected. When I called back, one of the employees casually acknowledged the disconnection without any apologies or concern.

Upon arriving, I found that Teresa was not present, and the employee assisting me lacked any empathy regarding the situation. While I was refunded for my order, the overall response felt dismissive and inadequate given the seriousness of the mistake.

my experience at Cabos Méxican Restaurant was disappointing. I cannot recommend this establishment, especially considering the lack of attention to food allergies and inadequate customer service. I would rather opt for a reliable fast-food option like Jack-in-the-Box, where I can feel confident about my order…..

Best Mexican Restaurant in town, the whole local area actually. Great service, best food, super nice staff. Take my mom here to eat all the time, she loves it, and so do I. I recommend it to all.
