Unprofessional, biased, condescending, and completely incompetent. Do not hire this company. We paid $950 for a service that was never actually performed. Upon arrival, the woman present, who is not licensed, immediately decided the outcome before completing any portion of the job. Instead of conducting a professional evaluation, she made assumptions and passed judgment based on irrelevant personal choices. We were questioned and criticized for having a grow tent (used to grow vegetables) and for having water storage tanks, despite being completely off-grid. These factors were neither unusual nor disqualifying, yet they were treated as justification to refuse doing the work they were hired to do. Because they failed to perform their responsibilities, we requested and received a partial refund. However, they still retained $375 for “travel,” a charge that is grossly disproportionate and unjustified. The lending institution we are working with later apologized for this company’s behavior and confirmed that they had no authority whatsoever to determine or comment on loan approval. That clarification alone speaks volumes about how far outside their role they acted. Additionally, the unlicensed woman took photographs of another person’s property and made judgmental remarks about where that individual worked, behavior that is inappropriate, unethical, and deeply unprofessional. The only licensed individual present remained silent throughout the encounter and never even got out of his vehicle. This company demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism, objectivity, and accountability. They appear far more interested in personal judgment than in performing the services they are paid for. Proceed with caution.

This is my first time buying a home. I did not know what to expect. Jackie was super nice and made the experience friendly. They were promptly on time and very efficient. I am happy I received my appraisal through this company! Recommendations for sure!
