If I could give zero stars I would. I took my brand new car to get a hand wash at their car wash and they damaged my hood. I’ve tried calling and left 2 voicemails on the ‘managers’ line with no response. If you operate a car wash and you can’t respond or do the right thing when one of your employees damages a car then you don’t deserve to be in business. I will never go back and will be making sure I let everyone know how shitty not only the service was the day of but how they handled this situation. I’ll be seeking legal advice now because although the damage is small, as a business this should never have gotten to this point.

I would give them a 5 star review but it’s not so convenient during peek hours to get in to and up to a gas dispenser. The amount of people during peek times is incredible and not so polite when trying to get in line to pump your gas. I would recommend going in off high traffic times, usual mornings and late afternoon. Otherwise it’s nice to have a gas station that’s affordable, to still be able to fill your car or truck and not break your pocketbook here locally in the Lakeport on Clear lake area in Northern California .

Brand new and cheapest gas in Lake County! Gotta love it when something is built new from the ground up, taking into consideration what service is being provided! That being said, this gas station/convenience store is very spacious, lots of maneuvering room for large vehicles to drive through, multiple gas pumps and large screen making it very ADA accessible, the store has all the necessary snacks and drinks you can think of for your long trips and it’s very to get to coming from the highway! It’s also not finished yet, with a car wash station coming soon and other amenities that you will want!
