Staff mostly likes to talk to each other or be on their phones rather than helping customers. There are no customer restrooms, and no wifi. I bought some men’s socks the other day. I didn’t notice the security tags on them. The clerk didn’t take off the security tag off and when I got home I couldn’t remove it myself as it requires a special magnetic release. When I brought it back, threee clerks thought it was really funny that I had to travel 45 minutes back to have it removed. Never going back to this place

Went in to buy a few pair of shoes. The young lady at the cash register basically sneered at me when I walked in, no greeting. I was never offered help by 2 employees and the male employee snuck up to spy on me through the shelves while I was looking at shoes. As I was leaving both employees acted like I didn’t exist.
