If you can help it, don’t work with this company. They’re difficult to reach.
They are disorganized and unprofessional.
When I dial the local number, more often than not it transferors to the national line. Then they have to try and transfer to the local office. I’ve been waiting for a return callback for 36 hours Just got off the phone with someone who insisted that I had not spoken with anyone at that office.
So I had a pick up ready and I specifically said call ten minutes before cause I was at the neighbors. The driver did not call and just drove by and hung a door knocker. I called and spoke to Mike and he was cool so he rescheduled the driver to come back out 2 hours later again I told him to call. Well he called I barely missed the call so I call right back and get the office so you can’t talk to the driver. He did not stop by I told Mike I will be there. And no show. Mike was super helpful. I called today and spoke to paul about the situation and he said we only do pick ups Tues and thurs umm yesterday was Tues I believe. I need it picked up. Paul says Only on Thursday. And Paul if your reading this. It is rude to hang up on customers.I am 10 mins from you guys.
Just spoke to Hayley at the Lakeport office and she is going to help expedite the order I made with them last week. Hoping that all will work out well now.
