very friendly. very fast service. I felt like my prescription was sent over right away I didn’t have to wait in a long line at the pharmacy overall great clinic
I recently went to Rapid Care In Lakeport. The receptionist was helpful and friendly and my wait time was just a few minutes. A nurse practitioner by the name of Greenlee was my provider. He was very thorough. Asked all the right questions, took down information and made me feel quite comfortable. The staff were wonderful. It was an exceptional experience, considering As sick as I was.I will definitely go back a good experience overall.
I came in for sharp abdominal pains I was having. No wait which was nice. NP that saw me was absolutely sure that I was experiencing kidney stones. The only physical touch we had was he tapped both of my kidneys while I stood. Sent me to the hospital for an ultrasound-results came back negative. So I asked the assistant who called me with the results to please ask the NP what we should do now. Further examination? Blood work? Additional testing? I’m still waiting for a response….
I’ve never used this clinic, never had to but my family has. On Thursday, my eye was itchy and blurry, I suspect it’s pink eye, very irritating and contagious but easily cured with Rx eyedrops. I drove by on the way home but it was 4:40 and they close at 4:30. Oh well, I’ll go on Friday (today). I left work early, my eye is itching and tearing, I got there at 3:00 on the dot, there’s nobody in the waiting room. I wait for the receptionist, I explained my situation and he says “we’re booked to capacity and not taking any more patients today.” I said you have to be kidding, you’re open for an hour and a half and there’s nobody here? “You can come back on Monday.” Thanks a lot!!! Now I’ll probably also give it to my family and everyone I come in contact with and my eye will be miserable all weekend!! You really went out of your way to accommodate me, thanks Adventist Health!!
