I can’t say enough good things about this towing company! After my boyfriend’s car was wrecked, we were stressed and overwhelmed. Justin and Mark were absolute lifesavers. They didn’t just tow the car they treated us like family, showing genuine care and concern they have a huge amount of empathy. They went above and beyond to help us work through the stressful time and made a difficult situation much more manageable. Their kindness and willingness to help truly set them apart from any other tow company around. If you ever need a towing service, I highly recommend them. We experienced a flat tire on the auto tow of the UHaul we rented. Justin came out to replace the tire (on the 01/09/26) and while doing so inspected the other tire behind the one that blew, he found it unsatisfactory (virtually no tread). Justin followed us to our hotel near Ukiah to make sure we would get there safely. Once at the hotel he returned to Ukiah and got replacement tire. We were extremely thankful for his commitment to our safety and prompt service. Justin is definitely a keeper. Thank you again, Justin.
